{"id":132,"date":"2025-04-08T21:15:11","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T21:15:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theworld.atomicobrewing.com\/?p=132"},"modified":"2025-05-02T15:06:12","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T15:06:12","slug":"qofte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theworld.atomicobrewing.com\/?p=132","title":{"rendered":"Qofte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>CHOFF-tah  \/  grilled meatballs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Finishing up our time in Seattle today so it&#8217;s really time to start looking forward to Albania and anticipating the return to our wonderful weekend routine of sitting in a taverna, drinking Aperol spritzes and snacking on whatever we can turn up from the other places around the <em>Pazari i Ri <\/em> (old bazaar) of Tirana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">There are a couple guys in the bazaar proper who sell nuts, dried fruits, and other trail-mix-esque snacks, and an older couple who sell fruit and veg who often have grapes or other small, handheld fruit that doesn&#8217;t require a knife.
